On May 3, 2011 several Middle Schools across the Nation moved their bodies in support of First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move! Initiative to help curb childhood obesity. Beyonce joined Michelle Obama`s “Let’s Move” campaign and released a video with a high energy dance routine. See Beyonce’s “Let’s Move! Flash Workout”, it promotes dance as a very fun and efficient way to move.
Many ZUMBA Fitness Instructors are incorporating this dance into their fitness class’ playlist. Join your instructor and move your body in a local ZUMBA Fitness Class. My classes were eager to learn this new routine and we had a blast dancing. Join me for ZUMBA Fitness on Tuesday & Thursday evenings 7:30-8:30pm at Studio 138 in Parkland, WA.
