The Best Time to Workout

People often ask “What time of day is the best time to Workout”? The answer-well it depends on what your goal is. If you wish to burn fat the best time is in the MORNING. This allows your metabolism to get going and will ultimately help you burn calories throughout the entire day.  If you are just starting to exercise or if you are attempting to establish an exercise routine you may not feel motivated to exercise in the morning but statistics show that those who do workout in the morning have a better overall success rate at keeping up their exercise routine. Think about it, if you exercise first thing in the morning you will have fewer distractions  or interruptions to sabotage your workout. Your workout will be done/complete/finished and you can go through your day with the satisfaction of knowing you have done a good deed for yourself and your health. Talk about motivation!! Way to go YOU!
